Help with rtmpdump for NJPWWorld.com

I've been trying to use Atres Downloader to rip streams from NJPWWorld.com, but I'm having trouble whereas the program author apparently isn't.

Has anyone gotten any of the other stream-ripping programs to work with this site? I just tried GetFLV and it downloaded the stream, but produced a non-viewable flv. Tried Replay Media Catcher, it sees a stream, but it says "Download of HLS playlist via POST is not currently supported."

Is there any automated program which can download these streams reliably? If not, is it possible to capture them with rtmpdump and rtmpdumphelper somehow? And, lastly, is there a tutorial somewhere on here to show me how to use those two programs? I must be blind, because I'm having trouble figuring out how to even begin to use them.
