Help with .qvt/.qmx files

So I subscribed to a service, and I tried to snoop any video url, but I didn't have any luck.

I did find however these two files:

Does anyone have any experience with these files, or have any clue how to get the video from these files?

I should clarify that these are from a live video.

I am also trying to download these kind of files but got no response yet. ...Someone help?
