Problem is .m3u8
in VLC working only 3 seconds 3 time.
All browsers download this format like 3 parts .TS
please help

rtmpdump only plays rtmp(e/t) streams not http.
For VLC, you need at least Dual Core processor for this kind of streams as it uses much CPU memory, but on my side, it works on VLC.
