Help with capturing subtitles on this website

Hi everyone.
Can someone please help me with capturing subtitles from this website?
I've been trying to do so many times, but to no avail.
I don't know if the subtitles are encrypted or something.
You can check a video on it here.
You'll probably have to use a French proxy or VPN to access the video.
I'm sorry for troubling you, and thanks in advance.

Can't play the video even though I'm using a france vpn. weird stuff

It works just fine for me.
Try using another browser like chrome or something.

Can't watch it either, it returns an error that isn't related to geo location.

What does the error say? it works just fine for me.
Please try with any other video from here.
