Help/advice needed with rtmpdump, win

Hi, needed to record tv4embed.com/usa/NBC-stream1.html but no idea how to do it correctly (windows is used). Couldn't find any working explanations on how to do it step by step for beginners. Please help.

Download ZeroCast Playlist Maker and Simple TV player by Maxwell (Lite):

http://www.kerman.hr/forum/index.php?topic=17946.0

Extract and run ZeroCast Playlist Maker, copy/paste NBC's url:

Code:
http://zerocast.tv/embed.php?a=1559
and click Add...

or scan from 1 to 3000

Save playlist and open SimpleTV, load saved playlist, and use record button:
