HEEEEELLPPP::Daniusoft media ultimate

Got Daniusoft Digital Media Converter ultimate. Got the drm files to show up. Started converting, I tunes window opens and proceeds to convert. Once it said it was finished I tried to open it in media player and it said it had no audio or video files. Tried pulling it up in convertXtoDVD and it also said there was no audio or video files. How is this possible,I sat here and watched it convert and everything went fine with no errors so why is my converted video not a video or audio?

Have you tried to contact their support?

What format did you use when recording DRM protected content from iTunes? What player did you use to play your recordings?

p.s. Have you tried to remove DRM from iTunes with Requiem?
