Do you have any problems playing this stream or only recording it with WM Recorder in the PRO mode?

Only recording. When I try to rip it it has to buffer a few times during playback which I don't have to when watching without ripping.

Will try to ask the developer... 'coz I don't really know what causes the difference. In the PRO mode WM Recorder should just capture packets coming to your Windows Media Player.

to the topic starter:
is it mms media stream or just normal http stream?
if it is,try this tiny software
WebVideoCap

it do the same as WM Recorder
do as they capture packets through the WMP when you're watching

make sure you check the "Keep the captured files opened until the capture is finished" in advanced box
choose winpcap driver in capture method is recommended

start capture before start the stream, and stop it after the stream is finished playing

Running WebVideoCap makes me unable to watch the stream. I'll try more thoroughly when I get home.
