How has this been ripped?

Okay, so season 2 of UK comedy show 'Alan Partridges Mid-Morning Matters' has just begun airing on SKY Atlantic here in the UK.

They have also put all 6 episodes available on the on demand/catchup service.

This site appears to have all 6 episodes in webrip 720p and I was wondering how they have done this. -

Has someone worked out how to webrip from SKY GO or maybe NOW TV.

ANy ideas how or where they have ripped this from?

Re: How has this been ripped?

That series is available elsewhere as well, so the rips didn't necessarily come from Sky.

also livestreamer and ffmpeg could play the m3u8 easily.
sniff it out with any network analyzer like wireshark or addon based httpfox for FF or developer tools with chrome

i think you're missing the point - i can rip the videos from that site, but I want to know the source of the videos. As far as I can tell, 'mid morning matters' season 2 is only available on SKY's on demand service. Are you saying that can be ripped now?

Like I said--they are available on other platforms that are rippable. I have no idea what the source of the files you are looking at are, but I am certain that 1080p rips of the same series are available elsewhere.

I have no opinion or knowledge on how to rip from Sky though.

Re: How has this been ripped?

Why dont you try google, it does wonders for questions like yours. If you need to know how to rip a stream, come here. If you want to know what tv network or what service your show plays on. Best to look elsewhere. Perhaps a fan-forum.
Once you figure out all the services it plays on, come back here and someone will probably help you out if you couldn't already.
