Giving commands automatically

I am using Windows XP Service pack I. i want to know if the computer can automatically open a desired path (such as C:\Program files\Master. etc)
I want the computer to open a file located in F drive automatically on its own.
is there any technique.
Some softwares prompt to either cancel or enter in their unregistered version and i want to open the main program directly without the appearance of this dialog box.

Re: Giving commands automatically

Just place a link to your file to the Start-Up folder:
1. Hit Start->Software
2. Find Start-up folder and right-click on it. Click Open.

You may try to do it with software like Wirekeys or AutoMate. Not sure whether it is possible without a custom software.
