getting streams from website

Can someone can help me to get streams from this website https://videostar.pl/tv Ot at least to let me know if it is possible to get theirs streams? If yes what program should I use?

There is a geo restriction. If someone could help me I can provide VPN access and login information.

Ok I am trying do learn but I guess it will be long journey

For the begging I am trying to get stream from this source:

In chrome I found link with manifest in it:

When I opened above link in chrome I got:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

I am able to get streams using browser and urlhelper is showing me following url's:

How I can get full working stream link so i could use it in VLC?
I guess I need to use other program to achieve this?
And possible I need php script?
