Is this the wonderful Getflv support I keep hearing about? I have asked you for help, submitted my video links as asked and you stopped responding? You have 3 times come on and answered other posts but glazed over mine like they were not there.

I have read the reviews on other sites about the lack of support, people not getting refunds, and even my own cousin who paid for this program told me the same. He contacted you guys through email about his xfinity.com issue several times and he never heard back.

I came to you, money in hand, to ask you this one question and the lack of respect to even give a "no" is unprofessional.

I also notice your website advertises downloading xfinity/comcast videos. Now granted, I realized your video advertising pages are just the same generic page with the name of the video streaming site replaced on each one, but you should not advertise the capability of your product, knowing it is unable to deliver. The same goes true for advertising refunds if you don't intend to give them, or go out of your way to make it hard on the consumer.

So I took it upon myself to download the trial version, since I couldn't get any support for you, and try downloading the videos on my own. I figure, if it grabbed 30 mb, it might grab the whole stream if I paid for the full version.

Sure enough, it loads the vid, I select the m3u8, select my quality and it crashes the program on each one. So I guess i dodged a bullet almost buying this thing.

That's ok, there are other choices, but thanks for continuing to ignore me. It helped me to know where not to send my money too and what program NOT to recommend on my site.

Latest version 9.8.106.18 keeps saying "This version of GETFLV can not support your latest version of flash player now. Please install latest GETFLV and check again." Well. I'm on the latest and already was when the warning sprang. Anyone else having this problem? BTW has anyone TRULY been able to download HuLu because I've never even come close. I bought a year license and have wasted weeks and have gotten nothing for my money. I have no interest in even trying the screen capping mode.

What version of system OS and flash player are you running now?

Got the newest version of getflv and have the latest flash. Still after owning this program for weeks I have never successfully downloaded a hulu stream. The only thing that can do it is screen capture software and that is not classified as ripping plus there are free programs that can already do that. It's possible that I'm missing something but, I kind of doubt it at this point in the game. So, please tell us. Are you screen capping or are you literally downloading directly from their servers?

Downloading from Hulu works for me with out using recording option.


However, I am sure many are interested to know if the recording function records video or rip
