Suggestion: Show that a download is in recovery state in the Status column. I have never seen this column used.

Well not too much description i can give you other then its not downloading the srt file. it retrieves the video just fine but not the srt file. I have subs enabled on hulu so i don't think i can do anything further.

Tell us the webpage URL of your video. What is your windows system?
Win 7 or win 8? We will check it and help you. BTW, we can download some hulu video subs no problem.

Versions: GETFLV 9.7.2.3, Windows 7

For the Hulu download problem with movies longer than about 1 hour and unstable recovery capability.

I tried to download 2 other Hulu movies with IE and Chrome engines. Downloads stalled at about 80% and recovery never worked. I waited for about 30 minutes for recovery. It seems to be an area that needs improving. Hopefully, you can resolve this and make Hulu movie downloads more solid.

I'm trying to stream an event from WatchESPN but I'm getting an error indicating "New FP version needed for DRM module". Tried with both IE & chrome kernel. I don't get the error when opening with IE or Chrome.

using chrome kernel of course with subs enabled. wish i could help with a debug log but i dont know how. yes i used the latest 9.7.2.7

We can download the subtitle no problem. Check attach File tosh.srt.zip.
