Get_iplayer out side UK need help.

Hi all.
This is my first post and i rely need som help.
As i am outside the UK i can not use get_iplayer to get this video downloaded.

Tryed all i can think of to get this video but as i am not in the UK it is not possible to get it and i rely want to see it and get it to my computer.

And the last chanse i got was get_iplayer but it say that i am blocked as i am out side the UK.

So if any one can help me in any way i will be happy.
