How to generate .key file using .m3u8

I have .m3u8 file but i also want .key file to download live streaming videos . Can anyone please tell how can i generate those .key files

Depends, you can try to copy-paste the link or the URI in the M3U3 and see if it download it or checking in the cache of the browser after load the video.
