Flash video download from webcaster

Good morning guys!
I'm in need of some help. My supervisor wants me to download this flash video on Dell, but I can't seem to be able to download. Here's the link http://www.webcaster4.com/Webcast/Li...webcastId=1613 Please help! Thanks in advance! If you need to register, ts just an email input and thats it.
