FairGame Not Working: Error: Song copy from iTunes to Desktop failed!
I am running iTunes 7.1 on an Intel based Apple Mac Mini with Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.8 and every time I try to run FairGame I run into problems. Come to think of it even before upgrading to iTunes 7.1 I have never been able to get FairGame to work for myself.
I have gone through all the requirements for setting up FairGame -- adjusting the iMovie preferences as FairGame tells you to do for importing content -- and followed all the directions but it still does not work.
This is the error I get:
Song copy from iTunes to Desktop failed! Please remove existing m4p files from Desktop and check if the selected song is really on your hard drive. Please try again. There are no m4p files though on my Desktop
Apple Script Error
The variable song name is not defined (-2753)
I am running FairGame 1.0
I tried DRM Dumpster but that doesn't work for me because I don't have writable CDRWs only writable CDRs that can be burned only once. Know any other tools I can try to remove copy protection from music bought on iTunes for Mac users, and what about videos bought on iTunes? Thanks.
