Failed to read RTMP packet header

Hello there guys, i have been trying to record the stream @ https://www.subdesu-h.net/victorian-...-no-houshi-01/ for quite a while now but i always keep encountering an error that says rtmpdump cannot read the packet header. I did try a lot of different commands so far but none lead to success. Would really appreciate some help on this one

this is my code so far and the error message that i receive:
