How to extract an audio channel from a .ts file to .m4a or .mp3 using ffmpeg

Hello,

I have downloaded a .ts file which has 4 audio channels, i was wondering if it was possible to extract the 4 audio channels to mp3 or m4a audio files using ffmpeg. if so, could someone please provide a sample command? thanks
