HI
i have a DVR and i could access it from LAN put when trying to log in from the internet i have the prompt screen (netviewer) but when i enter the user name and password (admin) i receive LOGIN FAILED error message ,but i can login with the same account through LAN.

port forwarding is OK (port from 20 to 9000 forwarded)
admin account have the remote access permission.

please help
