DVR online through static ip

Hi All,
I'm using a chinese dvr called an-tone, and I have got a static IP from my ISP.
May I know how to program my dvr so I can view it online from anywere, please.

i have dvr that i want to view via internet, but my isp using dynamic ip,can u give me details instruction how set up my dvr
