Drm videos..help me plz..

Me and a friend of mine are about to start a subscription in a site that uses drm to its videos.I have 2 questions:

1.If I make the subscription will I be able to download the videos and give them to my friend so he can watch them or it is necessary for him to enter the site with my account and watch them?

2.If not, is there any way to overcome drm and record a video and give it to my friend so he can watch it?Is screen recording a solution?
