Downloading a video in ffmpeg with an xls playlist instead of m3u8

So there's a site that I used to have zero problems downloading videos from. It used to have m3u8 playlists that i would put into ffmpeg and easily download. Recently i went back and the playlist is now an xls file and doesn't contain the same info that the m3u8 had. I put the xls file into ffmpeg and i get an error stating "invalid data found when processing input".

Anyone know what I need to do differently to attempt to fix this?
