downloading olympics videos from youtube

how can I download videos form this site.

I used to download videos using dwhelper add on provided by firefox.

this time it is not working .
it shows MP2T format.

I am not tech savy Can some1 help me?

The olympics are encrypted unfortunately - even in youtube

For this, you'll want to use a Screen Capture program like Replay Video Capture
