Downloading book from stat!ref

Hi,

Anyone got any experience downloading books from statref?

Basically it's possible to print to pdf each chapter, and then combine 'em, but what I didn't like about this method is that most of Tables are small size (on statref they're linked separately), also inside the book there are many links, and once chapter is printed into pdf those links are broken).

I was thinking perhaps trying downloading with some app such as offline explorer, but haven't tried it yet.

Has anyone worked out a proper way of downloading from statref without breaking links inside a book?
