How to download video from MTV.com

How can i download videos of MTV.com? Is there any software you guys recommend?

I have to use a proxy (Hotspot Shield by anchorfree), since I don't live in America, will that interfere?

You shouldn't have problems with SSL VPNs when using stream recording software.
