Download rtmp from mediaplayerclassic ?

Anyone can help me how to download these videos !
First open this file with mpc
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/11075400/7.swf
Then go to http://dl.dropbox.com/u/11075400/readme.txt
Use with Internet explorer
Now mpc is playing ! But how to download ...
Any help is appreciated !

Thanks chap but I mean that videos from mpc not from IE,
