Download MP3 voice recording to my computer

Hi,
I have a Sandisk m200 series player. I recorded a lecture on this MP3.
Now I want to save the recorded lecture on my computer. There is no guide that tells how to do it, on the MP3 manual. I connected the MP3 to the computer, but I could not find how to download the lecture. I need help.

Usually when you connect your MP3 player, you get a removable drive, that you can access similarly to your hard drive. Just use Windows Explorer to find your files. Sandisk may also offer some management software.

So, did you ever find out HOW to transfer the files FROM your MP3 TO your computer?? I have the same problem. There is NO information in the Sansa users manual.
