I tried Replay Media Catcher because it downloads YouTube videos for FREE.

I was able to download MP4 file music video Avril Lavigne "Girlfriend" with Replay Media Catcher. And its quality is much better than the Lower quality video at YouTube. But I had to rename the video manually. Don't really know why renaming didn't work here.

p.s. But Higher Quality videos at YouTube are not that great. Buy a DVD video if you really like it

You can also get the Higher Quality Video with freeware Download helper plug-in for Firefox. I just think that Replay Media Catcher is the best way to record youtube videos for FREE.

Not to add more confusion to the mix, but you can ALSO Record youtube videos using WM Recorder , but I do agree that Replay Media Catcher 3.0 is the BEST way to record youtube videos, and you can do so for 100% FREE with the demo version. Schawweeeeeeeet!
