Download the closed captions from a streaming

hello guys! i need help for downloading a close caption file from a streaming that uses ooyala player. i tried different methods by i didn't get the file i needed. could somebody please help me with that? in the site you have two cc options: french or dutch. i would be great if i can get the french ones!
