Replay Media Catcher 4.1.9 beta can download smooth streaming from usa-gymnastics.org

you've got a link which explains "smooth streaming download"? i only know "webdump" plugin in RMC 3.11

or better:

please what are the settings in RMC4 to record their streams lossless? (i think there are no more webcasts!! )
