Does anyone know anything about these particular devices?

So I'm trying to find a brand to sell locally as I can't sell any surveillance equipment online. Does anyone know anything about Ankaka equipment? Wondering whether they're a reputable company to buy from. I found some advice on their site (pasted below) about selling their stuff online but can't find a lot of reviews for their actual devices. Anyone have any input?

All of these come to an obvious conclusion: If people can find a way to sell those prohibited listings, they won’t have much competition. One of the solutions is to sell them on their own website.
