how do you use wgetreading some previous posts, I've tried the link the person left from wget, then using the P2P, which surprisingly works. So if anyone have wget & use it, could you give me a step-by-step of the way it works?

Re: how do you use wgetYou should probably read the manual for wget:
http://www.gnu.org/software/wget/manual/wget.html Here is an example of the command line string: Code:
wget -r --tries=10 http://fly.srk.fer.hr/ -o log |

Re: how do you use wgetoh, what I was trying to say is, if you search in the forum for mnet.com, that's what I was talking about.
someone wanted music/videos from there, some suggested this & that, but the last person commented on wget & gave a link to that certain file. I used it on the P2P TV Recorder that I was reading through the posts & the site that has the recorders. copied & paste the link onto P2P, & it works. all I need to know is how to use wget, in which I hope I learn soon x.x & I doubt that's possible for me to learn that much days, possibly months. any tips on using wget, or show me examples, I would appreciate it very much. Thank you so much in advance n.n |

Re: how do you use wgetNext time be more specific in your posts.
If you like to learn wget you can use its manual. wget is one of the many progams that can download http files. P2P TV Recorder uses localhost (127.0.0.1) URLs so I don't really know how you were using it. mnet streams are discussed in the following threads. Recording music videos from mnet.com (p3mxv:// .wmv) Can't figure this out (mnet.com), are you willing to try? |
