How do play video rtmpe

Can someone help me to find the codes for these channels? I tried everything...simply could not get it ....
SCTV channels are the ones i really want...
I use SimpleTv ver 0.47 r4 iptv.gen12.net/dokuwiki/doku.php/mantis/simpletv/start)
