Daniusoft Digital Media Converter: Video conversion completed but no sound

Does any of your use Daniusoft Digital Media Converter to remove drm? I used it to remove the drm from a movie. I have completed the conversion but there is no sound in the movie. The video plays smoothly though. Does anyone know how to fix this annoying problem? Thanks!

I have never done a movie only audio but on my Vista computer it works like a charm, couldn't get it to work on my Windows 7 computer
