Converting de-drmed wmv video file for creative zen

Hi everyone I have a problem transferring de-drmed file into my creative zen player. The fairuse4wm worked successfully on the drm files but it won't let me transfer it into my player though it is wmv file format. So I used the video converter came with the player but it won't convert the file. (always at 0% during convertion) Is it because the de-drmed file cannot be converted?
Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks!

Please try other video converters, like free MediaCoder or commercial AVS Video Converter for example
