convert RMTP!!!

Hello guys,

I would like create application for mobile so i need emergency help.
I have xtream panel 2.5 also i have servers. I want to my channels on the panel. For example, i want to put some live channels from German , France like these counries. How can i obtain that?

In addition, there is some solving ways but i do not know how to figure out that. For instance, i have http link , how can i convert it to RMTP?
How can i convert from ccam files to m3u8 or RMTP link? I mean that i need take source from ccam?

or do you know anyway to obtain source from live stream?

Note: I've already tried IDM(internet download manager) but it does not work very well because i could get a link as a .m3u8 helping with IDM but only one person can open the link. I need a source and many people can open the link at the same time.
