Connect PC-Based CCTV System remotely using iPad

Hi, I am new to the CCTV World.
I have a PC-Based CCTV System that I want to connect to remotely using my iPad. As far as I can gather. My CCTV PC has a NV920X 16 channel DVR card. The Software it is using to view and record is NVREC1600F. Hope that helps. I used to view my CCTV system in my Laptop using Hamachi.Please excuse my ignorance I am new to this. Sorry forgot to mention that the PC is connected to the net using a Mega 200VWR router.
