"Connect Failed" Error Message When Connecting Via IE

Hello,

I'm having some problems with my CCTV system. I have set everything up and have opened (I think) all the necessary ports required.

When I use my office computer, I type the internal IP address of the CCTV system, which internally is http://192.168.2.15:49152/webcamera.html

The log in screen appears and I use my username and password to try to log in. I get the error message "Connect Failed". The day that I originally set this up, it worked for about an hour or so, but since then, I continue to get this error message. I have not changed anything in my system or the DVR and can not figure out why it can not authenticate. I know the username and password are correct because I use it to log in to the DVR. I have also checked to see if there may be a different username and password when logging in via IE and they seem to be the same. The system that I'm using is a QSEE. Looks to me as if everything is correct because I can get to the log in screen. But I'm not sure if it's the username and password that it's not accepting (even though it's correct) or if once you log in, it has to go through a different port. I almost forgot to mention, when I intentionally use a wrong username and password, it still gives me the same error message.

Their tech support is absolutely worthless. A 14 year old kid woring behind the counter at McDonalds has more knowledge than the "techs" that answer the phone at QSEE.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
