Computer crashing when using Debut with gotowebinar
After having used Debut video capture software to record from gotowebinar for years with no challenge, I've recently been having crashes (bright blue screen with white print > sudden death).
Dr Google somewhere suggested reason might be needing upgrade of Debut. Purchase x 2 latest version makes no difference: crashing persists.
Have emailed to NCH Software but responses are always slow in coming.
Recordings are essential to team support in business, so am rather desperate to have a fix.
Can anyone help please?
