as i said i had already compiled rtmpdump with CYGWIN. evrything is fine but i receive an error when i use rtmpdump

If you are compiling with Cygwin you should be using one of the packages

mingw64-i686-gcc
mingw64-x86_64-gcc

The gcc4 package had not been tested to work with RtmpDump.
