command line windows stream recorder

Please help, i'm trying to find a command line tool in windows to record 10 minutes of my ip camera via http , the file is .asf
vlc and mplayer don't even play it.

i've tried WM Recorder it works.
windows media player and real player also plays it.

Command line streaming media recorder??? You may try ASF Recorder.

Should it be a console application or can it be a GUI software managed from a command line?

I just want to use it in a windows script .
i managed to do it with wget which i stop after a while,
