Im a bit of a noob when it comes to recording from the net so could someone tell me how to rip the audio from this video, http://www.channelonline.tv/channelo....asp?ID=489773


I would like to have this in mp3 format, but can't find anything that works other than the usual youtube rip software.

You can use direct sound recording software for recording audio from your sound card.

You can also download or capture a video stream and then extract an audio track from it.
