cb auto recorder by genders / age (is it even remotely possible?)

I'm looking for a program/script to save broadcasts of (let's say) all exhibitionist cams of girls aged 18-25 on cb automatically (with a filter like that it would only output a few cams).

Is it even remotely possible or only in my dreams ? (I'm not a programmer)

Yes that is possible.
I have coded a script that does that (and much more).
Let me know if you are interested, I may be willing to sell it.
