I first watch a video on CN/AS via a Kodi plugin while Fiddler is on. Then, I close down Kodi and Replay & Edit the token URL to match it with the videoID I want to playback

Well, RTMPDumpHelper works with it, that's for sure. Just set Kodi as a browser.

and by set kodi up as a browser, you mean?
Chromium, web interface, launcher or what?
