Capturing Sproutvideo hosted streaming videos

I've been having difficulty figuring out how to capture streaming videos that's hosted on Sproutvideo.com. The video content can only be streamed off another membership site, which is already paid for but I'd like to have the videos offline for convenient viewing.

I used Wireshark to gather the data and have noticed there are no "GET" packets, only "POST" packets when I am capturing the video packets. The only link I can find off the "POST" packet is something like this:

http://videos.sproutvideo.com/embed/...=xxx@yahoo.com

When I try plugging the link into Video Download Capture, I get the error message "This video cannot be played on this domain"
