Can't record the following video stream with Replay Media Catcher

URL Snooper can't find the URL for it, so I have no idea what kind of video stream is that and what software to try. I don't wanna use screen video capture software like WM Capture. Please only suggest stream ripping/downloading software.

Yes, I couldn't get this flv file with RMC v3.0 either, but it easily downloads when using Firefox v2.0.0.17 and it's free DownloadHelper add-on.
