Can't get this video, please help!

I've tried every trick I know and I can't get this video. I'm pretty sure it's a geo lock problem, but I can't crack it. Can someone please help? Thank you so much!

Hm it's only downloading 207MB/13min when it should be 44 minutes. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.. Are there more pieces?
