Can I view CCTV through windows mobile

Does anyone know if cctv through windows Mobile if the dvr is not 3G compatible.

It really depends on your DVR. DVR doesn't need to support 3G. You can use Wi-Fi, EDGE or 3G for your Internet access on your Windows Mobile device. The important thing is that Windows Mobile supports the format that is used by your DVR for streaming.
