Can I use rtmpExplorer through an SSH server?

I was able to play this video (http://www.learner.org/vod/vod_window.html?pid=139) both in Firefox and in IE through an SSH server (ssh.sshcenter.info). This video in particular cannot be accessed through an IP from China. So I used SSH.

But how can I get all the parameters to download the video with rtmpdump?

It seems that rtmpExplorer doesn't provide any setup for SSH.

I've also tried URLSnooper. With a direct connection it got me the parameters I needed, but not when I used SSH.
