i searched alot for a way to get subtitles from CrunchyRoll.com, but nothing but fail.....

so can rtmpdump make it, cause i think as it could make it to get the video from CR, so why not the subtitle...

subs come encoded by this way:

Subtitles are usually added dynamically. They are not part of the video stream, so you would need to use Replay Video Capture or any other screen video capture software to record these.

no, you got the wrong idea...

i meant to get the subtitle itself, its a soft subtitle. HorribleSubs.org can do it, so there must be a way to make that happen.

not necessarily HorribleSubs.org downloads subtitles from crunchyroll.com.

there are programs that allow to use recognition software to get subtitles from DVDs. so potentially they can use screen video capture software and then some recognition software...

no, iam sure they get the subs directly from CR, of course with some trick to decrypt the xml file.

if they do "screen video capture" and then do recognition..... it will take hours... but they made it after 1 hour at most.

may be if i knew the software that do the encryption...... that will be some way helpful.

i can tell you the subtitle are still loaded in the memory at the very beginning (encrypted) and they’re only decoded for display and then removed from memory directly.

actually, i know that, and i think read this post somewhere else.... but couldn't find an answer for this issue.

i only newly discovered that the adobe flash are the one's who decrypts the subtitle........ but how they do that?... whats the software they use for?

may be somebody has the answer
